Milestone payments, cancellation charges and refundable amounts should follow the signed proposal, statement of work or invoice terms.

Subscription and API services

Renewal and cancellation conditions are defined in the applicable commercial plan or client agreement.

Managed payout services

Funding and processing charges may become non-refundable once operational processing has started or third-party charges have been incurred.
