Services
Project scope, deliverables, commercial terms, support commitments, third-party costs and timelines are agreed separately for each client engagement.
Client accounts
Client portal credentials must be kept confidential. Clients are responsible for activity performed through authorised accounts and should report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
Third-party services
Hosting, payment providers, data APIs and other third-party services may have their own terms, availability and compliance requirements.
Acceptable use
Services must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, abuse or infringement of third-party rights.
